The breakfast experience was superb, offering a wide range of options to cater to different dietary needs. my stay at Holiday Inn & Suites - Cairo Maadi, An Ihg was truly blissful and exceeded my expectations.

While some of the recipients were not as friendly as expected, the hotel manager promptly intervened to address the issue, showcasing their commitment to excellent customer service. Additionally, it would have been beneficial to have a doctor on site, as my brother fell ill during our stay, and the offered doctor's fee was quite high.

During my business trip, I had access to first-class facilities and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. the hotel is located conveniently close to major transportation hubs. the lovely spa and fitness center made my free time more enjoyable.

Unsanitary rooms and unfriendly service. Unfortunately, my experience was severely marred by the uncleanliness of my room, and when I complained about it, the staff was not accommodating.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved how the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a stone's throw away from the main attractions. The rooms were amazing and came equipped with all the amenities that I needed for a luxurious stay. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodative of all my requests.

The breakfast menu was nowhere near varied enough, and I would have appreciated it if the gym had updated or new equipment. the staff handling passport copies were not very friendly and had to be addressed by management.

We had a great time exploring local restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance of the hotel. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the Nile river.
